Please note we can only offer one delivery option as part of the Bandcamp checkout system. We have therefore chosen to use the cheapest method available for your area.

We are using tracking numbers for each package. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee flawless tracking for international mail since certain foreign postal services do not support tracking.

Please note, lathe cut discs are hand cut one by one so there is a longer lead time (up to 4 weeks).

Please contact us before returning an item

We offer returns on faulty, damaged items or items which are the wrong size, or if the wrong item has been sent. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

We are not responsible for mistakes made by local postal services.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost mail items. In these cases, we do not offer refunds.

Regarding shipments that include vinyl records, Dubkasm Records is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping.
In particular, corner dings/bends are very difficult to prevent and we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Sometimes unfortunately the postal services do not handle the packages with care.

Dub Studio offers a guarantee on all vinyl dubs. We offer a recut if a dubplate skips, has excessive surface noise, or suffers from warping or excessive distortion. The dub must be returned within one week of receipt to qualify for a recut. We offer a full refund in cases where we are unable to rectify the situation. All recuts and refunds are given at Dub Studio's discretion.

If as a result of customer error (for example not inputting a valid delivery address) which later causes the item to not be delivered and subsequently returned to us we can offer to:

1) Offer to re-ship the item again following payment of the appropriate shipping charge.

2) Offer to refund the cost of the items less the cost of the shipping charge and less applicable merchant processor fees.
Please note that the following options do not apply if the item/s experience damage whilst in transit.
